Isopathy and Early Diagnosis

Very similar to the Allopathy and the Antipathy there is yet another mode of treatment which is though based on some sets of principles which are entirely different from that of the other two which has already been described. This isopathic mode of treatment was first founded by the Vet nary surgeon in Leipzig named William Lux. This is a system of medicine where the application of medicine is done with a relation that is same with that of the disease condition.

This method is based on the fundamental rule of “Equalia Equilibus Curantur” which was found by the same surgeon. It is actually a system of medicine which is based on curing a given disease by the same contagious principle producing it. Thus the phenomenal role of early diagnosis in case of treatment through this mode is also very much necessary. In this mode of treatment the diagnosis of the disease means the diagnosis of the actual cause behind the particular disease and the earlier is the diagnosis made the faster is the prescription made and hence earlier is the cure by the process.

Thus the main advantages of the early diagnosis by this mode of treatment is the identification of the contagious principle producing the disease and then applying the same thing on the patient, and so this method can also be considered to be a bit dangerous and also faulty. The disease if be due to any type of poison, and if it is applied to the patient his condition may be aggravated. Then there are possibilities of the same contagious principles producing the disease not being available and in that case this mode
